2. Refund Policy for Ready-Made Digital Products

Due to the non-returnable nature of downloadable digital goods (once downloaded, the file remains in your possession), all sales of standalone Excel AI tools and templates are final. > However, your satisfaction and trust are critical to us. If you experience a technical bug or an unreadable file structure upon download, please email us at mycountinginfo@gmail.com. We will work directly with you to resolve the technical issue or issue a replacement file immediately.

3. Refund Policy for Live Workshops

• Cancellations: If you book a 1-on-1 Workshop session and wish to cancel entirely for a full refund, you must send an email request at least 24 hours before your session is set to begin.

• Missed Sessions: Cancellations made under 24 hours or missed appointments without notification will not be eligible for a refund, but we will gladly help you reschedule your live workshop session to a later date.
